Return/Refund Questions

What items are returnable?

Items purchased from Freedom Soul Care Boutique/Freedom Naturally Beautiful have 30 days of the ship to date to be returned for our US customers within the 48 contiguous United States.

What Items are non-refundable?

  • Items item beyond 30 days from ship to date
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Discontinued items
  • Partial return of gift sets
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Products from orders you have not received
  • Gift cards, gift certificates or store credit
  • Free gifts with purchase
  • Freedom Soul Care/Freedom Naturally Beautiful items purchased from 3rd party retailers.  They must go through the retailer and is subject to their return policy.  The InOurStore Website is the only exception to this rule and a copy of the original receipt or invoice of purchase must be emailed for approval.

What is your Return Policy?
For online orders, in original packaging for a full refund. You have 30 days from the ship date and be a United States resident within the 48 contiguous United Sates to qualify for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

There’s no restocking fee, however you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Freedom Soul Care is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns must be approved and once approved will be given a unique authorization code. Please do not send products back without an authorization code. Doing so may result in your return being unprocessed and will jeopardize your refund.  All items returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender.

Please read through all ingredient listings carefully. We are unable to accept returns due to any personal health issues or allergic reactions you may have.

If your order contained a gift with purchase and you choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return in order to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase

Freedom Cosmetics monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. For mailing instructions, please email our Customer Service team.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.


Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange something and you are within the 30-day period, please reach out to Customer Services for next steps at



Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You may cancel your order at any time up until it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to Freedom Cosmetics.

If you have questions about your order (and hopefully it’s a silly one), please email us  Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST. We do our best to respond immediately to all customer service emails. We often respond to emails even after business hours.

What happens if I purchase an out of stock item?

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. While our inventory updates daily, it is possible for us to sell out of an item before the inventory system updates from the multiple selling channels. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will work with you on finding an alternate product choice, issue you a refund or a store credit for the amount.
